Risco IP Direct Monitoring

SMC has the ability to monitor alarm alerts from the Risco range of products via an IP path direct from the panel. Monitored within our two A1-R1A graded control rooms, bureaus using these products can also add an additional layer of redundancy by also enabling the 4G LTE module. By following the customers specialised response plan SMC strives to ensure our bureaus customers property is safe and secure.

Agility 4

The Agility 4 from Risco provides a wireless multi layered smart security solution which is equipped with outdoor and indoor sensors that can provide bureau customers with visual verification and full automation via their IRISCO App.

LightSYS 2

The LightSYS 2 is a hybrid security system for the residential and commercial sector which provides bureau customers with video verification via the APP, Smart Touchscreen Keypads and is simple to install.

RisControl Smart Touchscreen Keypad

The Riscontrol unit is a modern, high resolution 8” touchscreen keypad giving bureau customers the ability to arm/disarm, view live video and control key features within their business or property.

*SMC only carry out the monitoring of panel alarm alerts via IP path and not the visuals or alerts from the Risco cloud. Not all features are available in the Australian market and monitored by SMC. Equipment needs to be sourced from a reputable Risco distributor.
