The Alula solution from MyNet Alarm transmits alarm alerts into SMC’s two A1-R1A graded control rooms with back to base monitoring now being offered.

Bureaus will have a dedicated Dealer Portal provided by the supplier which will allow them 360 vision across all their connected customers, including full customer reporting history and remote programming abilities.

The ALULA product family includes intrusion, video doorbell, video surveillance and automation such as lighting and door access together with ALEXA connectivity.

An additional feature is the BAT-Connect Gateway which can allow installers to upgrade old security panels to a modern, mobile user experience as it bridges intrusion, video and automation to the Alula Network.
