All Bureau operations are handled by our professional National Customer Service Team providing seamless response to operational matters, data management issues and customer service enquiries making it our one stop shop.
Bureau Data Entry
Our Bureau data entry department operates Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and Saturdays from 7am to 3pm. Emergency data entry changes that need to be made after hours can be handled by our fully-operational response centre.
Centralised customer service support centre
All our customer service numbers are national 13 numbers, so no matter where they are based, it will always be at the cost of a local call. Our specialised staff are located nationwide and can assist you with unique customer requirements.
